These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CareerPocket AI ("the Service"), provided by Trusted-Aide IT & Cybersecurity ("we", "us", "our"), based in Singapore. By purchasing a license or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to your payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CareerPocket AI for the duration of your access period or active subscription. The license is for a single user — you.
Your license key is personal and may not be shared, sold, sublicensed, or transferred. We reserve the right to revoke licenses that are shared or used in violation of these Terms without refund.
CareerPocket AI uses AI features that require you to supply your own API key from a third-party provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or a self-hosted local model). You are solely responsible for:

The seven-day subscription trial provides full access and does not require a payment method. If you add a payment method and billing begins, payments already made are non-refundable, including charges for the current billing period. Please review the product description, demo video, and FAQ before continuing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact support@trusted-aide.com and we will work to resolve it.
CareerPocket AI is offered at a promotional price of US$9.99 per month (regular price US$14.99 per month). Billing begins only after you add a payment method. You authorise our payment processor to charge that payment method monthly until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the available customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not take effect retroactively, and no refund is issued for the current or any prior billing period already paid.
The Service runs in your browser and does not depend on our servers for day-to-day operation. We make reasonable efforts to keep the sales site, license validation, and supporting resources available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update the Service from time to time. Active subscribers receive access to new features as they are released. Dormant legacy access products retain the features and access periods attached to those licenses.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce specific career outcomes (such as job offers, interviews, or promotions). The Service is a tool to support your job search — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
CareerPocket AI uses artificial intelligence to generate content such as cover letters, tailored resumes, job scores, and career advice. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and may not always reflect your actual experience or qualifications. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it — including before submitting any application, resume, or cover letter to a prospective employer. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
